At Brass Essence, we value your trust and satisfaction. If you are not entirely happy with your purchase, we are here to help with returns and exchanges under the conditions mentioned below.

Returns & Exchanges

To raise a Return & Refund Request or Exchange Request, please follow these steps within 48 hours of delivery:

1. 📷 Send us a clear picture of the product highlighting the issue (damage/defect/incorrect product) along with your order details.


2. 📧 Email your return request to support@brassessence.in with subject line “Return Request – Order #XXXX”.


3. Once reviewed, we will notify you of eligibility. If approved, a reverse pick-up will be arranged. Refund/replacement will be processed only after the product is received and inspected at our facility.



Products Not Eligible for Returns

The following are not eligible for return, refund, or replacement:

1. Items not in their original condition (damaged, used, or missing parts).


2. Products returned without tags, barcodes, invoices, accessories, or original packaging.


3. Returns due to buyer’s remorse (wrong size, model, or color choice). Please note: Minor variations in color, finish, or shade may occur due to the natural materials used in our products.


4. Items not packaged securely and damaged during return transit.


5. Orders with incorrect/incomplete shipping addresses, failed delivery after three attempts, or refusal by the recipient.


6. Custom-made, special order, or clearance items marked as Final Sale.




Additional Information

🚚 Shipping charges are non-refundable.

✔ Please ensure order details are correct before finalizing. Deliveries refused or undeliverable due to incorrect address will attract additional penalties, including extra shipping charges.

🔄 A 15% restocking fee will be deducted on eligible returns to cover processing and restocking costs.

If an item is returned without approval, we reserve the right to decline the refund/exchange.



Return Charges

✅ Approved Returns: ₹249 (covers return shipping & handling).

❌ Unapproved Returns: ₹449 (covers return shipping & handling; such returns will not be processed).


💡 Please ensure your return request is pre-approved to avoid higher charges.



Refund Processing Timeline

Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you regarding approval or rejection of your refund.

If approved, the refund will be initiated to your original method of payment within 5–7 working days.

The time taken for the refund to reflect may vary depending on your bank or payment provider.
