SHIPPING INFORMATION AND POLICY

1.0 PRODUCT DEFINITION (SELECT ONE)

2.0 SHIPPING & DELIVERY POLICY
2.1 Shipping Carriers and Methods
All shipments are dispatched via reputable third-party carriers (e.g., FedEx, UPS, DHL, USPS). The Customer shall select the preferred shipping method at the time of purchase, which will determine the estimated transit time and associated cost.
2.2 Processing and Lead Times
Action Standard Timeframe Order Processing:1-3 Business Days from Order Confirmation. Delivery Estimate: Varies by destination and service level (typically 3-10 Business Days after shipment).

2.3 Shipping Costs and Fees
Shipping costs are calculated based on the dimensional weight of the total order, the destination address, and the selected service level. The Customer is responsible for all shipping charges, taxes, duties, and customs fees imposed by the destination country.
3.0 HAZARDOUS AND REGULATORY COMPLIANCE
3.1 Material Safety and Dangerous Goods
For Option A (Brass Metal Components): The product is non-hazardous, non-flammable, and not classified as a Dangerous Good under IATA, IMO, or DOT regulations. A Material Safety Data Sheet (MSDS) or Safety Data Sheet (SDS) is not required but a Certificate of Analysis (CoA) may be provided upon request.
For Option B (Liquid Essence/Tincture): The product is non-hazardous and non-flammable. It contains no materials listed in the Dangerous Goods Regulations (DGR). It is shipped as Consumer Commodity/General Cargo.
3.2 Export/Import Compliance
The Customer is the Importer of Record and is solely responsible for ensuring that the importation and use of the “Brass Essence” complies with all laws and regulations of the destination country, including, but not limited to, import restrictions, labeling requirements, and taxation.
4.0 DAMAGE, LOSS, AND RETURNS
4.1 Risk of Loss
Risk of loss and title for items purchased pass to the Customer upon delivery of the item to the carrier (FOB Shipping Point). The Company is not responsible for shipping delays, theft, or damage incurred after the transfer of the product to the third-party carrier.
4.2 Handling of Damaged Goods
In the event of damage during transit, the Customer must:
Retain all packaging materials and damaged goods.
Notify the Company within forty-eight (48) hours of receipt.
Cooperate fully with the Company and the carrier to file an insurance claim.
4.3 Policy on Undeliverable Shipments
If a shipment is returned to the Company due to an incorrect address provided by the Customer, refusal of delivery, or failure to pay customs duties, the Customer will be responsible for the original shipping charges and any costs incurred for return shipment. A new shipping fee will be required for reshipment.
