At Brass Essence, customer satisfaction is our priority. We accept returns and exchanges only for products that are damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied.

1. Eligible Returns

To request a return or exchange, please contact us within 36 hours of delivery.

Please email support@brassessence.in with:

  • Your order number
  • Clear photos/videos showing the damage, defect, or incorrect product received.

Once verified, our team will arrange a reverse pickup or provide return instructions.

The product must be unused, uninstalled, and returned in its original packaging with all accessories, labels, and invoice.

2. Products Not Eligible for Return

Returns or exchanges will not be accepted in the following cases:

  • Change of mind after purchase.
  • Wrong model, size, finish, or color selected by the customer.
  • Products that have been installed, used, modified, or damaged after delivery.
  • Products returned without original packaging, invoice, accessories, or labels.
  • Custom-made, special-order, clearance, or final-sale products.
  • Returns requested after 36 hours of delivery.

3. Return Shipping Charges

  • If the return is approved because the product is damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied, Brass Essence will bear the return shipping charges. Return requests that do not meet the eligibility criteria mentioned in this policy will not be accepted.

4. Refunds

After the returned product is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your request.

If approved, the refund will be processed to the original payment method within 5–7 working days.

The time taken for the refund to reflect in your account may vary depending on your bank, card issuer, or payment service provider.

5. Exchanges

We accept exchanges only for damaged, defective, or incorrectly supplied products, subject to stock availability.
