1. Order Processing
1.1 All confirmed orders are generally processed and dispatched within 24 hours of order confirmation, excluding Sundays and public holidays.
1.2 Orders placed after business hours, on Sundays, or on public holidays will be processed on the next working day.
1.3 During festivals, promotional events, unforeseen circumstances, or high order volumes, processing may take slightly longer. Customers will be informed if significant delays occur.
2. Shipping Partners
Brass Essence ships orders through trusted courier and logistics partners, including Delhivery, DTDC, Blue Dart, DHL, FedEx, or other reliable courier partners depending on the delivery location and service availability.
3. Delivery Time
Estimated delivery timelines after dispatch are:
- Metro Cities: 2β5 Business Days
- Other Cities & Towns: 3β7 Business Days
- Remote & Rural Locations: 5β10 Business Days
Delivery timelines are estimates only and may vary due to weather conditions, courier delays, public holidays, natural disasters, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
4. Shipping Charges
4.1 Free shipping is available on orders above βΉ1,999 within India.
4.2 For orders below the free shipping threshold, shipping charges (if applicable) will be calculated and displayed during checkout before payment.
4.3 Shipping charges are non-refundable except where required by applicable law or where Brass Essence has supplied an incorrect or defective product.
5. Order Tracking
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation via email, SMS, or WhatsApp (where applicable) containing your tracking details.
Customers can track their shipment using the tracking link provided by the courier partner.
6. Delivery Address
Customers are responsible for providing complete and accurate delivery information while placing an order.
Brass Essence shall not be responsible for delivery delays, failed deliveries, or additional charges arising due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address.
- Customer unavailability.
- Refusal to accept delivery.
- Failure to pay applicable customs duties or taxes (for international shipments).
7. Inspection Upon Delivery
Customers are requested to inspect the package immediately upon delivery.
If the package appears damaged, tampered with, or if an incorrect product has been delivered, please notify us within 36 hours of delivery by emailing support@brassessence.in along with your order number and clear photographs or videos of the issue.
8. International Shipping
International shipping may be available for selected destinations.
Customers are solely responsible for any customs duties, import taxes, local taxes, clearance charges, or other government-imposed fees applicable in the destination country.
Brass Essence is not responsible for delays caused by customs authorities or international shipping regulations.
9. Failed Delivery & Returned Shipments
If an order is returned due to:
- Incorrect or incomplete shipping address,
- Customer unavailability,
- Refusal to accept delivery,
- Failure to pay applicable customs duties or taxes (for international shipments),
the customer will be responsible for any additional shipping or re-delivery charges before the order can be shipped again.

While we make every effort to ensure timely delivery, Brass Essence shall not be liable for delays caused by:

- Severe weather conditions
- Public holidays
- Government restrictions
- Transport disruptions
- Courier partner delays
- Events beyond our reasonable control
